Terms of Service
By using PrintMap, you agree to these terms. The key points: all export features are currently free; donations are optional; paid high-resolution tiers may be introduced in the future; map data is provided by OpenStreetMap and we make no accuracy guarantees.
1. The Service
PrintMap ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online tool that allows users to create and export customized map images (PNG, SVG and PDF) and 3D-printable relief models (STL) for personal and commercial use. Most exports are generated directly in your browser. The Service is provided by an individual operator based in the Republic of Serbia.
No account or registration is required to use PrintMap.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use PrintMap to:
- Create maps for personal use, wall art, posters, and gifts
- Create maps for commercial printing and publications
- Create maps for professional, educational, or organizational purposes
You may not use PrintMap to:
- Resell access to the PrintMap tool itself or reverse-engineer the service
- Attempt to circumvent payment restrictions or abuse the free tier
- Overload the server through automated or repeated requests
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
3. Pricing and Payment
- Currently free: All export features — including high-resolution exports and all map styles — are available at no cost, with no registration required.
- Donations: Voluntary donations (e.g. via PayPal) are optional and are not a purchase of any product or service.
- Future paid tiers: We may introduce paid high-resolution or premium options in the future. If we do, prices will be displayed before checkout, denominated in USD, and processed by Paddle (paddle.com) or an equivalent Merchant of Record. We do not store payment card data.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refunds
There are currently no paid exports, so no charges are made and no refunds apply. The terms below take effect only if and when paid exports are introduced.
For future paid digital files: because a digital file is delivered immediately, sales are final once the export file has been generated. If payment is charged but no file is delivered due to a technical failure, contact us at support@printm.app within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Map Data and Attribution
Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). We do not own the underlying map data.
Satellite and Terrain map imagery is provided by MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standard map tiles are served by OpenFreeMap. All exported map images include an attribution notice as required by applicable licenses.
Elevation used for 3D terrain, hillshading, contour lines and 3D-printable models comes from open terrain tiles (Mapzen Terrain Tiles, hosted on AWS Open Data), derived from public sources including SRTM, GMTED2010 and GEBCO. Exports that use elevation carry the corresponding credit.
PrintMap makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of map data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of exported maps before use in any context where precision is critical (navigation, property boundaries, legal documents, etc.).
When publishing or redistributing exported maps, you must retain the attribution notice embedded in the image and comply with ODbL attribution requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
The PrintMap interface, code, and visual design are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the PrintMap application.
Exported map images are subject to the OpenStreetMap ODbL license. You may use exported images for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with ODbL attribution requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction.
- We are not liable for losses arising from map data inaccuracies, server downtime, or file loss after the 24-hour retention window.
8. File Retention
Most exports are generated entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. When server-side generation is used (for certain features), the generated file is stored on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours and then deleted. Download your file promptly. We are not responsible for files that can no longer be accessed after this period.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

La plupart des exports sont générés directement dans votre navigateur.
2. Utilisation acceptable
Vous pouvez utiliser PrintMap pour créer des cartes à usage personnel, commercial, éducatif ou professionnel. Il est interdit de : revendre l'accès à l'outil, de contourner les restrictions de paiement, de surcharger les serveurs par des requêtes automatisées, ou d'utiliser le service à des fins illégales.
3. Tarifs et paiement
- Actuellement gratuit : toutes les fonctions d'export, y compris la haute résolution et tous les styles, sont disponibles sans frais ni inscription.
- Dons : les dons volontaires (par ex. via PayPal) sont facultatifs et ne constituent pas l'achat d'un produit ou service.
- Offres payantes futures : nous pourrons introduire des options payantes à l'avenir. Le cas échéant, les prix seront affichés avant le paiement (en USD) et traités par Paddle (paddle.com) ou un Merchant of Record équivalent.
- Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les prix à tout moment.
4. Remboursements
Il n'existe actuellement aucun export payant : aucun débit n'est effectué et aucun remboursement ne s'applique. Les règles ci-dessous ne prennent effet que si des exports payants sont introduits.
Pour de futurs fichiers payants : le fichier étant livré immédiatement, les ventes sont définitives une fois le fichier généré. En cas de débit sans livraison pour raison technique, contactez-nous dans les 48 heures à support@printm.app.
5. Données cartographiques et attribution
Les données proviennent d'OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, licence ODbL). Les styles Satellite et Terrain utilisent les services de MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Les tuiles standard sont fournies par OpenFreeMap.
Les altitudes utilisées pour le relief 3D, l'ombrage, les courbes de niveau et les modèles imprimables en 3D proviennent de tuiles de terrain ouvertes (Mapzen Terrain Tiles, hébergées sur AWS Open Data), issues de sources publiques dont SRTM, GMTED2010 et GEBCO. Les exports qui utilisent l'altitude portent le crédit correspondant.
Toutes les cartes exportées incluent une mention d'attribution. Lors de la publication, vous devez conserver cette mention et respecter les exigences de la licence ODbL.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
Le service est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant payé pour la transaction concernée.
7. Conservation des fichiers
La plupart des exports sont générés dans votre navigateur et ne sont jamais envoyés à nos serveurs. Lorsqu'une génération côté serveur est utilisée, le fichier est conservé 24 heures maximum puis supprimé. Téléchargez votre fichier rapidement.
8. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Serbie. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Belgrade.
9. Modifications
Ces conditions peuvent être mises à jour. La date d'entrée en vigueur indique la version applicable.

Die meisten Exporte werden direkt in Ihrem Browser erzeugt.
2. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie dürfen PrintMap für persönliche, kommerzielle, bildungsbezogene oder organisatorische Zwecke nutzen. Untersagt sind: Weiterverkauf des Dienstes, Umgehung von Zahlungsbeschränkungen, automatisierte Serveranfragen, und gesetzeswidrige Nutzung.
3. Preise und Zahlung
- Derzeit kostenlos: Alle Export-Funktionen – einschließlich hochauflösender Exporte und aller Stile – sind kostenlos und ohne Registrierung verfügbar.
- Spenden: Freiwillige Spenden (z. B. via PayPal) sind optional und stellen keinen Kauf eines Produkts oder einer Leistung dar.
- Künftige kostenpflichtige Optionen: Wir können künftig kostenpflichtige Optionen einführen. In diesem Fall werden Preise vor dem Kauf angezeigt (in USD) und über Paddle (paddle.com) oder einen gleichwertigen Merchant of Record abgewickelt.
- Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Preise jederzeit zu ändern.
4. Rückerstattungen
Derzeit gibt es keine kostenpflichtigen Exporte: Es erfolgen keine Abbuchungen und keine Rückerstattungen. Die folgenden Regeln gelten erst, wenn kostenpflichtige Exporte eingeführt werden.
Für künftige kostenpflichtige Dateien: Da die Datei sofort geliefert wird, sind Verkäufe nach Generierung der Datei endgültig. Wurde eine Zahlung abgebucht, aber wegen eines technischen Fehlers keine Datei geliefert, kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 48 Stunden unter support@printm.app.
5. Kartendaten und Namensnennung
Kartendaten stammen von OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL-Lizenz). Satellit- und Terrain-Stile nutzen Dienste von MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standard-Kacheln werden von OpenFreeMap bereitgestellt.
Die Höhendaten für 3D-Gelände, Schummerung, Höhenlinien und 3D-druckbare Modelle stammen aus offenen Terrainkacheln (Mapzen Terrain Tiles, gehostet auf AWS Open Data) und beruhen auf öffentlichen Quellen wie SRTM, GMTED2010 und GEBCO. Exporte, die Höhendaten verwenden, tragen den entsprechenden Quellenhinweis.
Alle exportierten Karten enthalten einen Urheberrechtshinweis. Bei der Veröffentlichung müssen Sie diesen Hinweis beibehalten und die ODbL-Lizenzanforderungen einhalten.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Unsere Gesamthaftung für jede Transaktion ist auf den gezahlten Betrag begrenzt.
7. Dateispeicherung
Die meisten Exporte werden in Ihrem Browser erzeugt und niemals auf unsere Server hochgeladen. Wird eine serverseitige Erzeugung verwendet, wird die Datei maximal 24 Stunden gespeichert und dann gelöscht. Laden Sie Ihre Datei zeitnah herunter.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Serbien. Für Streitigkeiten sind ausschließlich die Gerichte in Belgrad zuständig.
9. Änderungen
Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden. Das Datum oben gibt die gültige Version an.

Используя PrintMap, вы принимаете настоящие условия. Главное: все функции экспорта сейчас бесплатны; пожертвования добровольны; платные опции высокого разрешения могут появиться в будущем; данные карт предоставлены OpenStreetMap без гарантии точности.
1. Сервис
PrintMap — онлайн-инструмент для создания и экспорта карт (PNG, SVG и PDF), а также 3D-моделей рельефа для печати (STL), для личного и коммерческого использования, управляемый физическим лицом в Сербии. Большинство экспортов генерируется прямо в вашем браузере.
2. Допустимое использование
Разрешается использование для личных, коммерческих, образовательных и организационных целей. Запрещается: перепродажа доступа к сервису, обход платёжных ограничений, автоматизированные запросы, незаконное использование.
3. Цены и оплата
- Сейчас бесплатно: все функции экспорта — включая высокое разрешение и все стили — доступны бесплатно и без регистрации.
- Пожертвования: добровольные пожертвования (например, через PayPal) необязательны и не являются покупкой товара или услуги.
- Будущие платные опции: в будущем мы можем ввести платные опции. В этом случае цены будут показаны перед оплатой (в USD) и обработаны через Paddle (paddle.com) или аналогичного Merchant of Record.
- Мы вправе изменять цены в любое время.
4. Возвраты
В настоящее время платных экспортов нет: списаний не производится и возвраты не применяются. Правила ниже вступают в силу только при введении платных экспортов.
Для будущих платных файлов: поскольку файл доставляется сразу, продажи окончательны после генерации файла. Если оплата прошла, но файл не доставлен из-за технического сбоя, свяжитесь с нами в течение 48 часов: support@printm.app.
5. Данные карты и атрибуция
Данные карты предоставлены OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, лицензия ODbL). Стили Спутник и Рельеф используют сервисы MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Стандартные тайлы предоставляет OpenFreeMap.
Высоты для 3D-рельефа, отмывки, горизонталей и моделей для 3D-печати взяты из открытых тайлов рельефа (Mapzen Terrain Tiles на AWS Open Data), основанных на публичных источниках, включая SRTM, GMTED2010 и GEBCO. Экспорт, использующий данные о высотах, содержит соответствующее указание источника.
Все экспортированные карты содержат уведомление об авторских правах. При публикации необходимо сохранять это уведомление и соблюдать требования лицензии ODbL.
6. Ограничение ответственности
Сервис предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. Наша суммарная ответственность по любой претензии ограничена суммой, уплаченной за конкретную транзакцию.
7. Хранение файлов
Большинство экспортов генерируется в вашем браузере и никогда не загружается на наши серверы. Когда используется серверная генерация, файл хранится не более 24 часов, затем удаляется. Скачайте файл своевременно.
8. Применимое право
Настоящие условия регулируются законодательством Республики Сербия. Все споры рассматриваются в судах Белграда.
9. Изменения
Условия могут обновляться. Дата вверху указывает актуальную версию.

Korišćenjem PrintMap-a prihvatate ove uslove. Ključne tačke: sve funkcije eksporta su trenutno besplatne; donacije su dobrovoljne; plaćene opcije visoke rezolucije mogu biti uvedene u budućnosti; podaci mape potiču od OpenStreetMap i ne garantujemo tačnost.
1. Usluga
PrintMap ("mi", "servis") je onlajn alat koji korisnicima omogućava kreiranje i eksport prilagođenih slika mapa (PNG, SVG i PDF) i 3D modela reljefa za štampu (STL), za ličnu i komercijalnu upotrebu. Većina eksporta se generiše direktno u vašem pregledaču. Servis pruža fizičko lice sa sedištem u Republici Srbiji.
Za korišćenje PrintMap-a nije potrebna registracija niti kreiranje naloga.
2. Prihvatljivo korišćenje
PrintMap možete koristiti za:
- Kreiranje mapa za ličnu upotrebu, dekoraciju, postere i poklone
- Kreiranje mapa za komercijalnu štampu i publikacije
- Kreiranje mapa u profesionalne, obrazovne ili organizacione svrhe
Zabranjeno je:
- Preprodaja pristupa PrintMap alatu ili obrnuti inženjering servisa
- Pokušaj zaobilaženja platnih ograničenja ili zloupotreba besplatnog nivoa
- Preopterećivanje servera automatizovanim ili ponavljajućim zahtevima
- Korišćenje servisa u nezakonite svrhe
3. Cene i plaćanje
- Trenutno besplatno: sve funkcije eksporta — uključujući visoku rezoluciju i sve stilove — dostupne su bez naknade i bez registracije.
- Donacije: dobrovoljne donacije (npr. preko PayPal-a) su opcione i ne predstavljaju kupovinu proizvoda ili usluge.
- Buduće plaćene opcije: u budućnosti možemo uvesti plaćene opcije. U tom slučaju cene će biti prikazane pre naplate (u USD) i obrađene preko Paddle-a (paddle.com) ili ekvivalentnog Merchant of Record-a. Ne čuvamo podatke o platnoj kartici.
- Zadržavamo pravo na promenu cena u bilo kom trenutku. Promene cena ne utiču na već završene kupovine.
4. Povraćaj sredstava
Trenutno ne postoje plaćeni eksporti: nema naplate niti povraćaja sredstava. Pravila ispod stupaju na snagu tek ako i kada se uvedu plaćeni eksporti.
Za buduće plaćene fajlove: pošto se digitalni fajl isporučuje odmah, prodaje su konačne nakon što je fajl generisan. Ako je uplata naplaćena a fajl nije isporučen zbog tehničke greške, kontaktirajte nas na support@printm.app u roku od 48 sati i rešićemo problem.
5. Podaci mape i atribucija
Podaci mape potiču od OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), licencirani pod Open Database License (ODbL). Mi ne posedujemo podatke mape.
Stilovi Satelit i Teren koriste usluge MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standardne pločice pruža OpenFreeMap. Svi eksportovani fajlovi sadrže automatski ugrađenu napomenu o atribuciji.
Nadmorske visine za 3D teren, senčenje reljefa, izohipse i modele za 3D štampu potiču iz otvorenih pločica terena (Mapzen Terrain Tiles, na AWS Open Data), zasnovanih na javnim izvorima kao što su SRTM, GMTED2010 i GEBCO. Izvozi koji koriste visine nose odgovarajuću napomenu o izvoru.
Korisnik je odgovoran za proveru tačnosti eksportovanih mapa pre upotrebe u kontekstima gde je preciznost kritična (navigacija, imovinski sporovi, pravni dokumenti i sl.).
Prilikom objavljivanja ili redistribucije eksportovanih mapa, neophodno je zadržati ugrađenu napomenu o atribuciji i poštovati ODbL licencu.
6. Intelektualna svojina
Interfejs, kôd i vizuelni dizajn PrintMap-a su zaštićeni. Nije dozvoljeno kopiranje, obrnuti inženjering niti redistribucija PrintMap aplikacije.
Eksportovane slike mapa podležu ODbL licenci OpenStreetMap-a. Možete koristiti eksportovane slike u lične i komercijalne svrhe, pod uslovom da poštujete zahteve atribucije ODbL.
7. Ograničenje odgovornosti
U maksimalnoj meri dozvoljenoj važećim zakonodavstvom:
- Servis se pruža "kakav jeste" bez ikakve garancije, izričite ili podrazumevane.
- Nismo odgovorni za posrednu, slučajnu, posledičnu niti posebnu štetu nastalu korišćenjem servisa.
- Naša ukupna odgovornost po bilo kom zahtevu ograničena je na iznos plaćen za tu konkretnu transakciju.
- Nismo odgovorni za gubitke nastale zbog netačnosti podataka mape, zastoja servera ili gubitka fajla po isteku 24-časovnog perioda čuvanja.
8. Čuvanje fajlova
Većina eksporta se generiše u vašem pregledaču i nikada se ne šalje na naše servere. Kada se koristi generisanje na serveru, fajl se čuva najduže 24 sata pa se briše. Preuzmite fajl blagovremeno. Nismo odgovorni za fajlove kojima se ne može pristupiti po isteku tog perioda.
9. Izmene servisa
Zadržavamo pravo da izmenimo, suspendujemo ili prekinemo pružanje servisa (ili bilo kog dela servisa) u bilo kom trenutku, sa ili bez prethodnog obaveštenja.
10. Merodavno pravo i nadležnost
Ovi Uslovi se uređuju pravom Republike Srbije. Svaki spor nastao iz ovih Uslova ili korišćenja servisa podleže isključivoj nadležnosti sudova u Beogradu, Srbija.
11. Izmene Uslova
Možemo ažurirati ove Uslove u bilo kom trenutku. Datum "na snazi od" na vrhu odražava važeću verziju. Nastavak korišćenja servisa nakon izmena predstavlja prihvatanje ažuriranih Uslova.
