Terms of Service
By using MapPrint, you agree to these terms. The key points: the 72 dpi export is free; high-resolution exports are paid; digital goods are non-refundable once the file is generated; map data is provided by OpenStreetMap and we make no accuracy guarantees.
1. The Service
MapPrint ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online tool that allows users to create and export customized map images (PNG and PDF) for personal and commercial use. The Service is provided by an individual operator based in the Republic of Serbia.
No account or registration is required to use MapPrint.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use MapPrint to:
- Create maps for personal use, wall art, posters, and gifts
- Create maps for commercial printing and publications
- Create maps for professional, educational, or organizational purposes
You may not use MapPrint to:
- Resell access to the MapPrint tool itself or reverse-engineer the service
- Attempt to circumvent payment restrictions or abuse the free tier
- Overload the server through automated or repeated requests
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
3. Pricing and Payment
- Free tier: 72 dpi PNG exports are available at no cost, with no registration required.
- Paid tier: High-resolution exports (150 dpi and 300 dpi) require payment. Prices are displayed before checkout and are denominated in EUR.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
- Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. We do not store payment card data.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because the service delivers a digital file immediately upon payment, no refunds are issued once the export file has been generated, regardless of whether the file was downloaded.
If you experience a technical failure where payment was charged but no file was delivered, contact us at support@printm.app within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Map Data and Attribution
Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). We do not own the underlying map data.
Satellite and Terrain map imagery is provided by MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standard map tiles are served by OpenFreeMap. All exported map images include an attribution notice as required by applicable licenses.
MapPrint makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of map data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of exported maps before use in any context where precision is critical (navigation, property boundaries, legal documents, etc.).
When publishing or redistributing exported maps, you must retain the attribution notice embedded in the image and comply with ODbL attribution requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
The MapPrint interface, code, and visual design are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the MapPrint application.
Exported map images are subject to the OpenStreetMap ODbL license. You may use exported images for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with ODbL attribution requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction.
- We are not liable for losses arising from map data inaccuracies, server downtime, or file loss after the 24-hour retention window.
8. File Retention
Generated map files are stored on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours. Download your file immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for files that can no longer be accessed after this period.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

En utilisant MapPrint, vous acceptez ces conditions. Points clés : l'export 72 dpi est gratuit ; les exports haute résolution sont payants ; les biens numériques ne sont pas remboursables une fois le fichier généré.
1. Le service
MapPrint est un outil en ligne permettant de créer et d'exporter des images de carte personnalisées (PNG et PDF) pour usage personnel et commercial, exploité par un particulier basé en Serbie.
2. Utilisation acceptable
Vous pouvez utiliser MapPrint pour créer des cartes à usage personnel, commercial, éducatif ou professionnel. Il est interdit de : revendre l'accès à l'outil, de contourner les restrictions de paiement, de surcharger les serveurs par des requêtes automatisées, ou d'utiliser le service à des fins illégales.
3. Tarifs et paiement
- Gratuit : export PNG 72 dpi sans inscription.
- Payant : exports haute résolution (150 et 300 dpi). Les prix sont affichés avant le paiement, en EUR.
- Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les prix à tout moment.
- Les paiements sont traités par Paddle (paddle.com), notre Merchant of Record.
4. Politique de non-remboursement
Toutes les ventes sont définitives. Le service livrant un fichier numérique immédiatement après paiement, aucun remboursement n'est accordé une fois le fichier généré.
En cas d'échec technique où le paiement a été débité sans livraison du fichier, contactez-nous dans les 48 heures à support@printm.app.
5. Données cartographiques et attribution
Les données proviennent d'OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, licence ODbL). Les styles Satellite et Terrain utilisent les services de MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Les tuiles standard sont fournies par OpenFreeMap.
Toutes les cartes exportées incluent une mention d'attribution. Lors de la publication, vous devez conserver cette mention et respecter les exigences de la licence ODbL.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
Le service est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant payé pour la transaction concernée.
7. Conservation des fichiers
Les fichiers générés sont conservés 24 heures maximum. Téléchargez votre fichier immédiatement après l'achat.
8. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Serbie. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Belgrade.
9. Modifications
Ces conditions peuvent être mises à jour. La date d'entrée en vigueur indique la version applicable.

MapPrint ist ein Online-Tool zur Erstellung und zum Export angepasster Kartenbilder (PNG und PDF) für den persönlichen und kommerziellen Gebrauch, betrieben von einer in Serbien ansässigen Einzelperson.
2. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie dürfen MapPrint für persönliche, kommerzielle, bildungsbezogene oder organisatorische Zwecke nutzen. Untersagt sind: Weiterverkauf des Dienstes, Umgehung von Zahlungsbeschränkungen, automatisierte Serveranfragen, und gesetzeswidrige Nutzung.
3. Preise und Zahlung
- Kostenlos: 72-dpi-PNG-Export ohne Registrierung.
- Kostenpflichtig: Hochauflösende Exporte (150 und 300 dpi). Preise in EUR werden vor dem Kauf angezeigt.
- Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Preise jederzeit zu ändern.
- Zahlungen werden durch Paddle (paddle.com), unseren Merchant of Record, abgewickelt.
4. Keine Rückerstattung
Alle Käufe sind endgültig. Da der Dienst nach Zahlung sofort eine digitale Datei liefert, werden keine Rückerstattungen gewährt, sobald die Exportdatei generiert wurde.
Bei technischen Fehlern, bei denen eine Zahlung erfolgte, aber keine Datei geliefert wurde, kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 48 Stunden unter support@printm.app.
5. Kartendaten und Namensnennung
Kartendaten stammen von OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL-Lizenz). Satellit- und Terrain-Stile nutzen Dienste von MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standard-Kacheln werden von OpenFreeMap bereitgestellt.
Alle exportierten Karten enthalten einen Urheberrechtshinweis. Bei der Veröffentlichung müssen Sie diesen Hinweis beibehalten und die ODbL-Lizenzanforderungen einhalten.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Unsere Gesamthaftung für jede Transaktion ist auf den gezahlten Betrag begrenzt.
7. Dateispeicherung
Generierte Dateien werden maximal 24 Stunden gespeichert. Laden Sie Ihre Datei unmittelbar nach dem Kauf herunter.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Serbien. Für Streitigkeiten sind ausschließlich die Gerichte in Belgrad zuständig.
9. Änderungen
Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden. Das Datum oben gibt die gültige Version an.

Используя MapPrint, вы принимаете настоящие условия. Главное: экспорт 72 dpi — бесплатный; высокое разрешение — платное; цифровые товары не подлежат возврату после генерации файла.
1. Сервис
MapPrint — онлайн-инструмент для создания и экспорта карт (PNG и PDF) для личного и коммерческого использования, управляемый физическим лицом в Сербии.
2. Допустимое использование
Разрешается использование для личных, коммерческих, образовательных и организационных целей. Запрещается: перепродажа доступа к сервису, обход платёжных ограничений, автоматизированные запросы, незаконное использование.
3. Цены и оплата
- Бесплатно: экспорт PNG 72 dpi без регистрации.
- Платно: высокое разрешение (150 и 300 dpi). Цены в EUR отображаются перед оплатой.
- Мы вправе изменять цены в любое время.
- Платежи обрабатываются компанией Paddle (paddle.com), нашим Merchant of Record.
4. Политика невозврата
Все продажи окончательны. Поскольку сервис доставляет цифровой файл сразу после оплаты, возврат средств не производится после генерации файла.
При техническом сбое, когда оплата прошла, но файл не был доставлен, свяжитесь с нами в течение 48 часов: support@printm.app.
5. Данные карты и атрибуция
Данные карты предоставлены OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, лицензия ODbL). Стили Спутник и Рельеф используют сервисы MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Стандартные тайлы предоставляет OpenFreeMap.
Все экспортированные карты содержат уведомление об авторских правах. При публикации необходимо сохранять это уведомление и соблюдать требования лицензии ODbL.
6. Ограничение ответственности
Сервис предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. Наша суммарная ответственность по любой претензии ограничена суммой, уплаченной за конкретную транзакцию.
7. Хранение файлов
Сгенерированные файлы хранятся максимум 24 часа. Скачайте файл сразу после покупки.
8. Применимое право
Настоящие условия регулируются законодательством Республики Сербия. Все споры рассматриваются в судах Белграда.
9. Изменения
Условия могут обновляться. Дата вверху указывает актуальную версию.

Korišćenjem MapPrint-a prihvatate ove uslove. Ključne tačke: eksport 72 dpi je besplatan; visoka rezolucija je plaćena usluga; digitalna dobra se ne vraćaju nakon što je fajl generisan; podaci mape potiču od OpenStreetMap i ne garantujemo tačnost.
1. Usluga
MapPrint ("mi", "servis") je onlajn alat koji korisnicima omogućava kreiranje i eksport prilagođenih slika mapa (PNG i PDF) za ličnu i komercijalnu upotrebu. Servis pruža fizičko lice sa sedištem u Republici Srbiji.
Za korišćenje MapPrint-a nije potrebna registracija niti kreiranje naloga.
2. Prihvatljivo korišćenje
MapPrint možete koristiti za:
- Kreiranje mapa za ličnu upotrebu, dekoraciju, postere i poklone
- Kreiranje mapa za komercijalnu štampu i publikacije
- Kreiranje mapa u profesionalne, obrazovne ili organizacione svrhe
Zabranjeno je:
- Preprodaja pristupa MapPrint alatu ili obrnuti inženjering servisa
- Pokušaj zaobilaženja platnih ograničenja ili zloupotreba besplatnog nivoa
- Preopterećivanje servera automatizovanim ili ponavljajućim zahtevima
- Korišćenje servisa u nezakonite svrhe
3. Cene i plaćanje
- Besplatan nivo: eksport PNG 72 dpi je dostupan bez naknade, bez registracije.
- Plaćeni nivo: eksporti visoke rezolucije (150 dpi i 300 dpi) zahtevaju plaćanje. Cene su prikazane pre naplate, u EUR.
- Zadržavamo pravo na promenu cena u bilo kom trenutku. Promene cena ne utiču na već završene kupovine.
- Plaćanja obrađuje Paddle (paddle.com), naš Merchant of Record. Ne čuvamo podatke o platnoj kartici.
4. Politika bez povraćaja sredstava
Sve prodaje su konačne. Budući da servis isporučuje digitalni fajl odmah po uplati, povraćaj sredstava se ne vrši nakon što je eksport fajl generisan, bez obzira da li je fajl preuzet ili ne.
Ukoliko dođe do tehničke greške gde je uplata naplaćena ali fajl nije isporučen, kontaktirajte nas na support@printm.app u roku od 48 sati i rešićemo problem.
5. Podaci mape i atribucija
Podaci mape potiču od OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), licencirani pod Open Database License (ODbL). Mi ne posedujemo podatke mape.
Stilovi Satelit i Teren koriste usluge MapTiler AG (© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors). Standardne pločice pruža OpenFreeMap. Svi eksportovani fajlovi sadrže automatski ugrađenu napomenu o atribuciji.
Korisnik je odgovoran za proveru tačnosti eksportovanih mapa pre upotrebe u kontekstima gde je preciznost kritična (navigacija, imovinski sporovi, pravni dokumenti i sl.).
Prilikom objavljivanja ili redistribucije eksportovanih mapa, neophodno je zadržati ugrađenu napomenu o atribuciji i poštovati ODbL licencu.
6. Intelektualna svojina
Interfejs, kôd i vizuelni dizajn MapPrint-a su zaštićeni. Nije dozvoljeno kopiranje, obrnuti inženjering niti redistribucija MapPrint aplikacije.
Eksportovane slike mapa podležu ODbL licenci OpenStreetMap-a. Možete koristiti eksportovane slike u lične i komercijalne svrhe, pod uslovom da poštujete zahteve atribucije ODbL.
7. Ograničenje odgovornosti
U maksimalnoj meri dozvoljenoj važećim zakonodavstvom:
- Servis se pruža "kakav jeste" bez ikakve garancije, izričite ili podrazumevane.
- Nismo odgovorni za posrednu, slučajnu, posledičnu niti posebnu štetu nastalu korišćenjem servisa.
- Naša ukupna odgovornost po bilo kom zahtevu ograničena je na iznos plaćen za tu konkretnu transakciju.
- Nismo odgovorni za gubitke nastale zbog netačnosti podataka mape, zastoja servera ili gubitka fajla po isteku 24-časovnog perioda čuvanja.
8. Čuvanje fajlova
Generisani fajlovi mapa čuvaju se na našim serverima najduže 24 sata. Preuzmite fajl odmah nakon kupovine. Nismo odgovorni za fajlove kojima se ne može pristupiti po isteku tog perioda.
9. Izmene servisa
Zadržavamo pravo da izmenimo, suspendujemo ili prekinemo pružanje servisa (ili bilo kog dela servisa) u bilo kom trenutku, sa ili bez prethodnog obaveštenja.
10. Merodavno pravo i nadležnost
Ovi Uslovi se uređuju pravom Republike Srbije. Svaki spor nastao iz ovih Uslova ili korišćenja servisa podleže isključivoj nadležnosti sudova u Beogradu, Srbija.
11. Izmene Uslova
Možemo ažurirati ove Uslove u bilo kom trenutku. Datum "na snazi od" na vrhu odražava važeću verziju. Nastavak korišćenja servisa nakon izmena predstavlja prihvatanje ažuriranih Uslova.
